Abstract
This year, the following educational topics were studied: “Demographic, social and economic context”, “Economic and human resources invested in education”, “Individual social and work results of education” for the period 1990-2003. Quantitative and qualitative data were correlated to record the development of education in Greece through the instrumental recording made by the OECD in its annual reports. Further to record convergences and differences in relation to data resulting from Greek research centers and Union institutions. From the processing of data so far as they emerged from the annual published State Budgets of the respective years, compared to the limited, for Greece, data of the contents of the reports demonstrates for our country, over time, a policy of shrinking the funds invested in education. The study is in the process of analysis and processing of indicators and results as stated in the reports for the period 2003 to 2017.
